That is pretty cool. I'd keep all the mxr pedals, barber tone press, hiwatt, digitech, DOD, voodoo lab, thomas wah, and about half the boss...
We gotta know what you paid, that is too funky. I'm jealous.

Interesting. Why did the guy have so many duplicates?

    Wow as well!

I'd keep the Voodoo Labs and the Barber for sure, they are very nice pedals. The rest I don't know that well or not at all, so I can't comment on them.

Your boss pedals are among the highest resale value for those listed. MIJ & USA made pedals are in great demand over other countries of manufacture.
Sorry, No mod. suggestions. The Danelectro Hashbrowns flanger, and most of the DJ pedals might be keepers-try all of these pedals for testing purposes, at least. You did good!

See if you bond w/ the Morley Bad Horsey. It's a very good pedal.

Boss high demand pedals of value to many of us: TU-2, BD-2, BF-2 (or BF-3 that replaced this model), RV-5 (two in your list).

If most of these are equipped with good 9V, you've got a herd of batteries as well.

Where was I when he was selling alll of them?!!?!?! I would keep a Boss DS-2 for sure. And I would get rid of all of the doubles probally. If you decide to sell one of the DOD Fx-17's can you let me know how much. Thanks

Well these pedals were just a part of a much larger deal. The guy had an amazing collection of guitars, amps, PAs, keyboards, multi-effects, god-knows-what-all... and about 80 pedals as you can see.

I did pretty good ya... Many thanks for the thoughts on which pedals are the most desirable. I'll be reselling many soon but will keep a dozen or so. Fun stuff...

that's a whole mess of pedals, just be ruthless in unloading them. . .and make a little money off them, while giving a deal, if you can. turn them around as quick as you can because they are otherwise clutter and will drain your time. . .really.

only a handful of those pedals are truly exceptional and the money you make you can go after other excellent gear. . .not to say there aren't lots of those that somebody will want. when nature gives you bounty take what you need and leave the rest!

I can't tell from the picture but if the MXR Dyna Comp is an older model without the LED, don't sell it!

Can you please record a clean and dirty on/off/on/off demo for each one for us? This is necessary for us to advise.

I'll check back in the morning to assess your progress.

Before you sell any it is mandatory that you plug them all in together in one chain, turn them all on, and play through a cranked tube amp. Its the right and honest thing to do.

might cost about $1000 in batteries, but it'll be worth it...

The pic needs to be seen again! Honestly, I'd try and play with all of them...I realize that might be a monunetal task, but see which pedals are "keepers"/collector's items. Call Keeley electronics or Analogman to give you advice if need be. Mod only if you MUST, but keep the rest stock.

Personally, I use a tuner, compressor, wah, distortion, phaser, volume and delay pedals. I don't need anymore pedals than what I have...based on my experience with buying, playing, then selling pedals. (I would've overlooked the CL ad.) Anyway, what I'm suggesting is listen to YOUR sound, see which pedals YOU would want to keep, and sell the rest. YOU might even realize that you might NOT need any pedals....

Good luck, and have fun playing with your pedals!

Boing. I don't have a lot of experience with different pedals, so I can't give you any advice on which ones to keep/mod/etc. But, I could have a lot of fun playing around with a pedal assortment like that. Good luck.
