I heard my favorite Otis Redding song on the radio today driving home.

I love those tunes!! Heard this sitting in locked up traffic the other day, and want MORE!

I had to write the songs down as they came, and whoever put this great one after the other gem fest together , I could kiss them!!!!;)

That Al Green song totally influenced ELO's Starlight according to Bev Bevan.

I came up in R&B on Booker T and the MGs, and Otis Redding, Sam and Dave.
Otis was way ahead of his time, and that band was awesome.

Love that sing. I first heard it in the old George Segal movie, Blume in Love.

Quite a few have covered it; Warren Haynes, Delbert McClinton, Buddy Guy, and others but Otis was the king.

    Dreams to Remember, bridge section.

Did you notice how Mr. Cropper chugged out every note of the bridge outro except the last one? Next note there's just the bass and Steve is laying out for a bit.
