    Hi everyone,

from time to time I wonder if I would be happier with a single guitar, but I can't decide which one I would prefer...

    Would you please help me?

    Thanks in advance.

    Bye Francesco

You'd be much happier with one guitar.

Completely by coincidence, I'd be happier with more.

Keep the tele, send the ES and the V my way!

Where is the Les Paul and the SG? And the p90, or full hollowbody? Or the Martin? Or the jazz bass?

X plus 1: repeat this until you reach infinity

The only way to be happy with just one guitar is to stay the h*&^ away from all gear forums forever. As far as playing music, I could do what I want and need with two electrics (hollow and a tele) and an acoustic, and a bass for occasional use.

One single coil, one humbucker, yeah, that will do it. Two.

Welcome Francisco. One good Tele can cover a lot of ground. 2 or 3, even more so. Stick around for awhile. You'll see....OH BOY will you see! Around this joint it's raining guitars all the time.

I, almost exclusively, play two guitars. One electric (MIM C-50s tele) & a Washburn acoustic I traded one hour of labor for. A decent guitar and it covers my need for an acoustic at this time

I’ve got a few more that get absolutely no play time. Two need some work to get up to par, one will never get redone, one is totally unplayable and not repairable for its worth, & one I want to sell to get rid of it

If I had to decide on only two guitars it would be a SG & a Tele. With those two you cover a lot of ground

Do you keep your guitars at the local preschool? What is the stuff in the background?:)

    If only one, the Telecaster.
If two, the Telecaster and the Flying V.
If you aren’t in financial need, keep all three.

    That’s just me, though.
