Hello TDPRI and Other T-Types forum!

Today I joined the high-end Tele community! I have been looking for a proper Tele for a long time, and finally decided on G&L due to their awesome track record with quality. So without further ado, here is my USA made G&L ASAT Classic Bluesboy in Lake Placid Blue with a matching headstock!

Anyone else have any experience with USA G&Ls?

    Have a great day!

Very Happy New Guitar Day to you!

No experience with US-made G&Ls, but that looks like an absolute peach!

That is absolutely lovely mate, nice one!

Don't worry about the idiots and their 'it's backwards' comments, (like you haven't heard that before, right?), you got the right colour and spec, well done!!

I've only played them in shops, but I've always thought they were really nice guitars. That one is really gorgeous. I'm a righty, but I've always thought lefty guitars looked cooler for some reason.

    Proud owner; LOVE them.

But, and this probably says too much about me, I can't even look at left-handed guitars without feeling uncomfortable.

Congrats, nice looking guitar. I am not normally a fan of painted head stocks, but that sparkle finish looks great this way.
My US ASAT Special is my number one.
    Enjoy

Yeah man, an awesome looking guitar no doubt! LPB is one of my favorite colors & the Bluesboy is one of my favorite models. I would play the holy-living $#!t out of that.

    Grats man!

Very nice. Some people don't like the matching headstock, but I'm a real sucker for them, especially in a color like this.

  19. Congrats! Very nice!

Now, in order to learn more about it, you could register it with www.guitarsbyleo.com , I think the enthusiast's site is still up and running. With the serial number they can tell you the approximate build date and whether it came with a Seymour Duncan Seth Lover or not. All kinds of stuff like that. Your nut and string tree appear stock but the small white switch tip is a replacement.

I've got 2 of the ASAT version with the small MFD neck pickup, 12.0 inch board radius:
