Nice Mustard color seen here with my Vester Tele copy leaning against my Fender Deluxe reverb. The SX is meant as a back up for the vester.

I tried out several of these and this one was the winner and I also got a discount because of it being an older example and apparently their range is getting a reshuffle.

I paid the same as I did for my Vester, both guitars were a measly 150 euros.

SX Furians are great guitars! I have been playing them for practice a few years now. I save my pro grade guitars for gigging. 20190402_122613_Burst01.jpg

    I have a Furrian.
It's a good little guitar. Great as a backup.

I have a SX STL-50 that I bought in 2003 or so. It's been through a lot of mods. It's my go to guitar for open G slide.

I name all my guitars and with this one the name "Lisa" was the first thing which came to mind.

    So she's Lisa.

I just made a recording where I used both of my teles, I used the SX on the rhthms and the Vester for the solo.

Today I found myself inspired by seeing how many people were making good use of the nice weather to mow their lawns.

"Mowin' lawns for a livin'" tells a story about a dead beat guy who wasted all his chances in life and finds the only thing he can do to earn some money is to mow people's lawns.

    Well I've got flat feet
    I ain't no athlete
Not qualified to do you right

    I've been outta jail
    Nobody paid my bail
I tried with all my might

So I'll be mowin' lawns for a livin'
'Cause that's all I'm good for
    Mowin' lawns for a livin'
Get it neat right to your door
Yes I'll be mowin' lawns for a livin'
'Cause baby, that's all I can do
    Mowin' lawns for a livin'
Pay me and I'll do yours too

    I took a tumble
    Fought in a rumble
No chance to clean my sheets

    I'm just no good
    Working for food
I'll keep your lawn tidy and neat

So I'll be mowin' lawns for a livin'
'Cause that's all I'm good for
    Mowin' lawns for a livin'
Get it neat right to your door
Yes I'll be mowin' lawns for a livin'
'Cause baby, that's all I can do
    Mowin' lawns for a livin'
Pay me and I'll do yours too

I hope you guys like it.
