So the first of my two new babies has arrived. I upgrade my guitars every couple years, this year I wanted to get what I consider the best Fender can provide. I had my eyes on last years NAMM paisley thinlines with P 90's (love P90's), this poped up, I also then found my 2nd whilst browsing (damm the inter web).
So Mr Wilson had delivered a Fabulous example of a beautiful telecaster, plays beautifully, the neck is fantastic, a really dark rosewood and sounds amazing.
    I'm thrilled - a real beauty imop. IMG_3540.jpg IMG_3541.jpg

    Really cool. Congrats!
    Send more pics?
And does this have a specific name? (Is it gold on the outside of the paisley?)

Yup its gold under paisley, I'll take some more pictures, I don't think the finish has a particular name, I've seen a few but a real looker.
I've been player it all afternoon - love P90's

Awesome, congrats. I also have the bug for a Tele JR (w/ P90s), any chance you can post a raw sound sample of this guitar?

No doubt I am seeing wrong , but that bridge appears to be slightly askew .
