It is Tele-Tuesday after all!
I'm color blind - they both look blue to me Beautiful guitar.
Congrats!! Beautiful guitar!! Gotta say though, I don’t see the gray?
Nor do I! That's what Fender calls it though...
Regardless, I love the color.
And that’s all that counts!! I dig it too! Enjoy
beautiful guitar! Sonic gray was my second choice! I went with the Crimson red transparent.
Nice! Makes a nice companion for the Sherwood Green American Special.
I like it.
Now I usually don't jump in here but IF I was going to get a NEW one, that would be my choice at least here in the beginning of 2019. Is that rosewood or not? Let us know how it plays. I love that color.
Sonic gray w/RW was the first choice for the AmPro I bought, but I settled for antique olive w/maple, because $999, yo! Your new tele is tasty!
Looks very nice, congrats!
That is gorgeous.
I hope they spray that color in a nitro lacquer some day soon. It'd look killer with some real-world play wear on it.
Wonderful! I'll bet you're just loving that guitar. The Am Pro necks are awesome!
Pretty cool! I like the color.
Congrats - they look most handsome together
Nice one! HNGD!
That's my favorite new color. I am daydreaming about a Strat in that color though.
It plays very well - I'm quite impressed. I bought it new and my local shop had to order it from Fender (or their Fender distributor). Interestingly, despite unboxing it in March 2019, the serial number indicates that it was built in 2017.
It was set-up quite well out of the box and I don't have an immediate need to change anything. It weighs 7lbs and 6 oz according to my digital scale.
The neck is fantastic - I really enjoy the feel of the American Professional necks. It sounds great to me and the fit and finish are flawless.
Gorgeous guitar. I had one of the same with shawbuckers and that color finish. They're made to a very high standard and the neck finish feels really good.
