So I just got a Canon G11 and I thought I would photograph a couple of my older guitars. Here's my typical rooftop shots. Not pro shots, just having fun with my new camera.

1998 Les Paul Standard (with non standard gold hardware)

Singin' Dave, i am really diggin' that J Steele 335...just beautiful.

the title says New Photos of Old Guitars, so i'll post some recent shots of my oldest: a Kay that i inherited from my grandpa

Yes, I haven't found a 12 string that plays as well as mine. The first 5 frets are butter. I've gotten a lot of mileage out of that guitar at BBQs, campfires and parties strumming cowboy chords as you can tell from the wear. It takes well to a capo and can get some mandolin like sounds when doing single lines higher up the neck. I even did some home recording with it, using a Dean Markley acoustic pickup wedged into the soundhole.

Nice Kay Hekawi! I love the art deco headstock.
