George & Martha (you're in Washington, right?)
A friends band in Western Australi calles themselves BASS after the tunrs they played.
Beatles And Similar Sh1t
The friend had been the drummer in The Baron Knights in the 60s
I've had an idea for a cover band name for a long time, Since i will never get around to using it I'll share it here..
OPM.... pronounced Opium... standing for Other People's Music
Sweet and Sour
Hot and Spicy
Oil and Water
Kelly & Lou
I think you’re onto something with the influence names... I kinda like
Dylan Young and the Beatstones
It definitely implies a percussive contribution though. How do you feel about stomping on a box or getting a kick drum and tambourine to stomp with while you play bass?
Kelly & Lou.
Her name isn’t Christine or Jennifer or Karen and yours isn’t Bruce or Paul or Mike or John .
Be thankful and - use what you got.
Nostalgic Time Merchants
How about "The husband and wife that doesn't pretend to be siblings band"?
Or just pick a bandname from a song or an artist you love eg "Our backpages"
Kelly + Lou = Clue (spell it cleverly, like Kloo or something).
For a duo?...maybe "Three's a Crowd"...??
“We've got a pretty good sense of humor, so don't hold back.”
I’m a tad sheepish about this one...
Ewe ‘n’ Me, Kid
If you guys show up late frequently, you could call yourselves The Imprompt Two Singers.
Decades, or something around that?
one more kick at the can for me
" The 2 o'clock Trio"
when asked where the 3rd party is, tell them he only plays at 2 O'clock
other wise just go with Thelma and Louise , and have em guess which one of you is Thelma
The 3 innumerates. And remember.......There are only 3 kinds of people in the world; people who know how to count, and people who don't.
