If there's one thing I've learned in life, it's that there is an expert in EVERYTHING.

    I need an expert.

Anyone possibly know where to get a set of tuner buttons like this? These are vintage Japanese cheap (from a Matao strat copy). I love the buttons and want a set of them.

I can't recall seeing anything exactly like these when I was searching extensively for tuner buttons.

If you get completely stuck you could have a crack at casting a set in silver Polyester resin from a mold of the originals.

(Then you might need an expert in poly casting!)

Well, if I had the originals to mold, I wouldn't need a set.

    Check eBay for the guitar.

    Stew Mac might work?

There are Japanese parts sites online as well

Hard to tell but in that picture it appears that the tuner button is part of the tuner shaft, all one piece?
