I'm just gonna come out and say it. If anybody here can't handle my cupcake affiliation, we probably weren't gonna be friends anyhow. There's two kinds of people in this world: People who love cupcakes, and people who hate America.

There is no grey area here.

I think the more important question is...

Why is their "armor" made of plastic? Can Tupperware stop a laser? I think not!

Has to be Tupperware -- When they get shot, if you listen closely, you can hear their lids pop!

When I was a kid, my mom had a Tupperware container that would hold like, fifty cupcakes. And it only cost like, eight bucks.

It was the original Tupperware too, not the stuff they're making today. Real, high density plastic. The craftsmanship simply can't be matched by what they're putting out today. No sir. Modern Tupperware means stale cupcakes, and you can bet even the audience knows the difference.

You have to be careful though. A lot of the vintage pieces have lids that have stretched out over time, and don't fit any better than the new ones. If you can find one that only saw light use though, it should still have plenty of miles left in it. Just do yourself a favor if you're new to the vintage thing, and take along somebody more experienced to look at it before you drop a bunch of cash. Cupcake containers are serious business. You don't want to get stuck with a poor fitting lid just so you can say you own a pre-CBS model.

Also watch out for repro lids. They seriously devalue the piece, and can be hard to spot. If in doubt, post detailed pics if you can.

You forgot to mention the lids that got melted by the heating element in the dishwasher. Everybody knows that hand-washed units are superior.

Klons are proof Pete Cornish gear is a bargain!

And also I've tried 3 different Klons v the Cornish ST2 and CC1 and the Cornish gear blew the Klon into the sea.

The second half of this is the CC1
