    CHP advertised for independent contractors to keep LPB under surveillance. dlew won the contract with the highest bid...he offered the state a grand a month for the job. Now LPB's restraining order is null and void.

    3T misses the good old days when he'd get a stretch in stir and the ball and chain they let him wear. His harvest of snakes on the outside has never been that good. But he keeps lookin' & hopin' things will get better now that he's part of that rainbow coalition.
