Utilizes sophisticated DSP sensing technology to detect when the theme from "Rawhide" is being played in any key and adds the whip sound at the appropriate moments. Whip level control and one footswitch. Housed in a round simulated cow pie enclosure.

Jokes aside - I've smiled several times by reading some of the replies - I've once dreamed of a pedal effect that could be called "Fiddler". You guessed it: it would make a guitar sound like a violin. I know that this may be accomplished by using a volume pedal or toying with the volume pot - think of Roy Buchanan, for instance. But the pedal that I dreamed would provide the effect without moving your foot or your fingers back and forth, and would add a certain amount of "vibrato" - not to be confused with "tremolo" - to the sound. Also, a little fuzzy touch would be nice.

I don't know, but it may have been invented already.

The Strobolo is a tremolo pedal with a bright LED spotlight mounted to the top of the pedal, on a ball swivel so it can be aimed. When the light is turned on it strobes with the tempo of the tremolo. Light intensity follows the tremolo waveform, and color is selectable.

The "MyWeenis" pedal. It's an echo with an extremely short delay time. Only available in the micro format.

I think their distribution strategy is: "Box 'em up; move 'em out. Move 'em out; box 'em up."

Edit: Ah man, I missed this one. Kinda beat me to the concept.

"The Placebo II" by TC. Electronics. An input jack and an output jack connected by an empty box that does nothing. Made for cork sniffers to plug into and complain about "tone loss", latency issues, eq shelving .... etc. Toneprints of other complaints painstakingly crafted by your favorite artist can be directly beamed into the empty pedal using just your phone or a stapler or even a brick.
Why Placebo II? Because an earlier version (Placebo I) will have been discontinued that featured a rare IC chip (hooked up to nothing) that was SO MUCH better than The Placebo II..

That would be the Boss SG-1 "Slow Gear", or the Mooer "Slow Engine".
I found lots of mediocre videos of the SG-1, I'll let you pick one that you like, but in my opinion, the Mooer does the same effect better:

Hey, that one sounds good too...

    White out.

Erases mistakes before they can reach the amp.

Deluxe version makes the wrong notes right.

Ultra deluxe corrects the wrong note to the right, but has switches for major/minor and modes (all of them), along with selectors for style (jazz, blues, classic rock, hard rock, metal, and grunge). There is no selector for punk, as there are no wrong notes there. Nor is there a selection for disco, because disco sucks.

Sort of like a guitar version of autotune but not noticeable.

Valve Crunch Helmet. This would be a sort of Bob Log III-type open face helmet, bubble face shield optional, with a tube sticking out of a socket on top, and a footswitch to activate the tube distortion circuit connected to the helmet's internal circuitry by a coily cord. It would be good to have an actual high-voltage tube circuit in the helmet itself, because having that close to your skull while playing would be total rock and roll.

The 'Fizz Fuzz.' Sounds like that last second of sound you get out of your tube amp when you power down.
