Ok, its Friday, and I'm bored at work. I enjoyed playing my #1 so much last night, I thought I'd show it off again. Here is my '52 Partscaster w/Nocaster pups

Its been a long hard year so far, what with getting back to playing after the pnumonia and stuff but NOTHING beats giving Ol' No 1 a good thrashing !!

    Lucky you.

My other precious thing won't sit still long enough for me to get shot of her.

    Treasure them while you can.

Well, there are two guitars that I've taken to almost every gig I've ever played. One is a Tele. One is not.

Obviously, that's me on the right, and Silent Bob with an acoustic is my buddy Keith. You can see my sunburst MIM standard on the rack in the background there, too.

Good Lord, John - have you STILL got that old girl? Is there any truth in the rumour that it was once valued by Arthur Negas?....

She still looks GORGEOUS - take good care of her....!

    Here's my No 1 workhorse

Highway One, soon to be installed with Fender Nocasters.

I've played the frets of this thing every day for the two years since I've had it. I installed the Wilkinson brass comp saddles with the blackguard last January. Researching refinishing, which may well take place in the future. Trouble is, I'm too busy playin it to do the mods. I've written heaps of songs on this baby. I think that's why I love Teles so much, tunes just come to me on them!
