I bought a new pick. I thought I lost my pick in 2003 but one of my buddies accidentally picked it up after jamming. Finally this year it got too small and sharp to use anymore. I actually bought a spare so I won't have to go through the worry of wondering if it will turn up or not.
I'm not looking forward to the break in period. Last time it took from 81 till about 84. Wish me luck.

My latest "gear" buy was a beefier neck for my Strat, closer to what I use on my Esquire. Both from Musikraft.
before that, I bought new Ibanez Mahogany parlor guitar from Sweetwater. I'm really happy with it!

I just use a pair of cutters. Rest the cutter on the saddle, and *gently* grip the pin with the blades. Rock the handles back, on the saddles, and up the pin comes. I've been doing it this way for years.

so I bought one of these handy little earphone devices, and it surprisingly
sounds pretty dang good.
I need to get one of these. I bought an iRig and downloaded freeware apps for my iPhone, which kind of work for practice.
just installed this SD SSL5 in my 86' MIJ squier. 40 bux well spent. (the pup is already in the strat in the pic. i used the old cover.)
