Hi folks , whats the best / cheapest way to cool the beans in my Laney so I can use it in the confines of my "flat" without driving the neighbours mental ?

Tube crunch and apartment living are a nearly impossible combination, and a 15 watt amp is going to be WAY too loud. For the appropriate volume level in that situation you're looking at around 1/4 watt or so. So your options are 1. Dirt pedal with the amp clean and turned down, 2. Attenuator, or 3. Either a tiny amp or a modeler.
