I watch Marty Stuart show on RFD TV. For the new HD shows I see Kenny Vaughn (cousin Kenny) is playing this beatiful Telecaster and from what I can see on the head of it, it is not a Fender Tele. Does any one know the brand or maker of this guitar?

Also, on the last show, Marty was playing the same guitar.

    ?????? mistery

oh wow, that was a really cool article, thanks for that..... I'd been wondering about the guitars too, had seen KV play them a lot, but wasn't till the last episode I noticed Marty with one too... Those guys have such a great sound, by far my favorite tv show.... thank God for folks like that keeping real country alive.

I had noticed while watching The Marty Stuart Show now for several seasons. Kenny was playing several telecasters. Almost a different one for each song. Lately though, it seems he has settled with the RS Guitarwaorks axe and the last show I seem to recall Marty and Paul also playing one.

I know that Nashville's JD Simo also plays one of these.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MSYhor_gPI

It's worth it man. Great guitar tones and a nice variety of music. I rarely like a complete album and I enjoy every bit of this one time and again. Great collaboration with Marty Stuart as well.

RS Guitarworks makes good stuff. Their Superlative instrument mix sounds incredible on headphones. Love the way those guitars slip and slide around eachother.
