When I was a teen there was a Record Town record shop in the mall near me. They had an electronic kiosk thing where you can search artists to see if they had the CD. I used to enter John Tesh on there and leave it as a joke for the next customer. I thought it was funny at the time but now not so much. I still don't care for his music at all, but just in retrospect it wasn't a funny joke.
John Tesh is the McDonalds of pop music. There's something immediately gratifying about what he does, but after a while you want something a little tastier.
That is not a name I ever expected to see on this forum. Although, a quick search for precedents yields a user by that name.
I actually kinda liked the guy on Entertainment Tonight... enjoyed the music for a few minutes, too.
Makes Barry Manilow seem like grandmaster funk.
