    it's my new recipe...bachelor pizza...;)

Pita bread... smear some "Pecks Paste" Anchovette spread on the bread,,, to taste..oh yeh,,,

spoon some Old El Paso hot salsa over that and spread... add some shredded Mozzerrella cheese.. some red/green capsicum strips, some black olives, some pepperoni sausage half moons, some italian dry herbs/pepper.. a bit more cheese...

put the overhead griller on... put a dinner plate under there to heat right up for a while..... slide the Pita on and grill it on the second shelf... until it looks black enough..;)... OH YEH THE PIZZA!!!!!... quick!!!... beep beep beep.. (smoke alarm)

consume with beverage of choice.. in front of Football.... *careful not to burn roof of mouth...

    do I have a high 5 ?... :)

Light beer? What's the point? Always seemed like the beverage equivalent of elevator music to me.

Labatt Blue is really a great, tasty, crisp beer.... Never sampled a better beer (& I have sampled many :p)

(Not to mention Labatt Blue's involvement in big canadian Blues Festivals)

Since I work for Molson up here in the great white north I have to agree that "Golden" is a great choice!! However, if you're going to go head to head worth Labatt Blue, then Molson Canadian would be the choice!!

Decided to imbibe American beverages while I wait for doneness.

Anticipation... lookin' good so far, Mr Bickford!

I see about four "Friday" threads at the Bad Dog right now... I think it's time to go home. Going bachelor style this weekend myself. Might turn out to be the best Father's Day yet
