The one on the right I see is genuine as it has a "Fender" logo on the back. The one on the left however doesn't. It just says CTS. Both were in separate Fender pouches. Right says made in Mexico, other is Taiwan.

So, is it a genuine Fender pot?

CTS Fender pots are usually made in Taiwan The left hand one is Fender part 0038950000, 500kOhm

CTS makes excellent pots, so whether Fender stamped their logo on it or not probably doesn't matter

You could argue neither are Genuine Fender, as they aren't manufactured by Fender.

You could argue both are genuine, as CTS are used by Fender.

The reality is, you're paying more for the same item with a Fender logo than one without.

Yeah, CTS has plants in both Mexico and Taiwan. The factory stock ones in my MIM teles just have CTS. I wonder if any CTS are still made in the U.S.?
