It does come across a little fanatical, but he does make some good points as well...at least I thought so.

Ed Roman was/is alive? He used to sell Mostites that he called Vintage. I know a guy with a genuine one and Roman's guitars appear to be good fakes. We also know of Kelvin Swades early "Fender" Telecasters.
I know a guy who can build you a Blackguard complete with Bakelite pick guard and Fender decal ( if you know him well enough and are prepared to shut your mouth).
He sells genuine vintage gear to the Doobies and Jo Bonamassa. 99.9% of his gear is not BS and comes with certification .
Ed Roman, from this far away, can be identified as BS.
    Just read his site.
