    For a Strat w overwound p-ups' tone control I did a 4 way rotary w .1 , .047 , .022 , .01 , for a friend. I have a 6 way handy; should I go to .0047 and .0022 ? Or fill in some in-between values ? I m thinking .1 is high enough, BUT maybe someone digs .22 or even 1 uf.

I found all 4 values usefull w his set up , so I d like everyones oppinion on what to add.

Make one a tone bypass? Make one .033 which is used in some guitars?

I've been trying a .0015, which Lindy Fralin recommends, and enjoying it quite a bit. It subtle but takes off the sparkly highs and makes the mids come out a bit more, making the single coils sound a little more like humbuckers I'd recommend trying out some of the smaller values you suggested.

The rotary switch will be a good way for you to find out which values work best for you.

Thanks. I use 500K pots so that elimanates the need for the no load option. In fact I use to wonder what the no load thing was about til I got a Strat w standard set up.
I like the .033 suggestion, I was concidering that.

I looked it up. Nice! I think I ll add it since it has a usefulness track record.
What do you think about even smaller ? or is that just rolling off the super highs, so thats as small as you need ?
