    Ran across this and thought some might enjoy it. As a SFPR owner of many years, it was pretty informative.

    Bittersweet with the Tom Petty footage.

    Interesting, he's a little confused on the 57-59 Princeton though, that's when the filter choke was removed, not added.

    Well spotted, Dan R. There's actually a recent thread here from the author / creator of the video.

    I gave him TMI in the way of feedback (including his too-little-too-fast on the 5f2a and the PR, and the choke detail on the 57-59, Jim) but I thought he did a good job overall. And the Petty footage *tone* is very sweet.

    Pretty cool video. I didn't know that a '62 brownface Princeton had come out recently. Makes me wonder where I've been. Nice that Fender put a 12" speaker in it and that it's hand wired.

    Nice. I think I need a Princeton. I’d love a brown face, or a clone at least. Do the reissue Blackfaces have partical board or solid wood cabs?
