I bought a second hand Squier thinline. It is one that went through the warranty/reject repair at MIRC. It is marked used and bears their serial number over the factory number. My question is, how to date it. Its seems odd, since I cant find any years that offered the tortoise pickguard. Any ideas? 15430136120567161671237414216911.jpg

Yes, the original pickguard may have been replaced at some point in time.
