I plan to build a Jazzmaster and will be painting the body Sherwood Green Metallic. Personally, I'm not a fan of green but for some odd reason, the color has grown on me...this particular shade of green anyway.
Not a colour I would choose, any of the greens for that matter, but if it feels good and plays good - Great!
I've fallen hard for this beauty!
Is teal considered green? If so... i want one of these... (gifted to carrie Brownstein by Eddie Vedder)

I agree with your wife!
Awww, why do green guitars keep popping up this week? Yesterday I thought about an AVRI ’62 tele in surf green sitting in a shop close by. I don’t need another RW tele right now, I don’t want the skinny neck, I prefer teles without binding… and still I keep thinking she’ll get me one day (if only that guy was able to make a price on old unsold guitars ) and I’ll pop a chunkier neck in there if I really have to. Such a cool guitar… (mustn’t think of it! mustn’t think of it! mustn’t think of it! mustn’t think of it! mustn’t think of it! mustn’t think of it! mustn’t think of it! mustn’t think of it! mustn’t think of it!)
