Are the 2 pin MIM/MIA tuners a direct swap?

I don't know if this will help. I have a Bullet Strat. The old ones were not two pin. I needed two new drill bits to install some two pin Fenders I found for twenty bucks on Craigslist. 20180610_120816.jpg

Well I can answer it now. I changed strings this afternoon and removed one. It is a 2 pin, but the pins are closer to the tuner hole than the other tuners I had on hand. Not a direct swap. I may need to add a 2nd tree, the g string has very little angle to the nut. It was pinging pretty bad so I wrapped the new string lower.
