Thanks Modern Morlok , my pleasure .

I am not an expert on Bigsby's but I would not think you would have a problem , just do a google search , you see them on alder bodies , as long as you watch your body cavity routes under your alder cap so you have solid wood underneath for any mounting screws I think you would be fine , good luck with your project

You did, Herb -- it's an absolute beauty, and I'm envious
that you have a p-90 necked tele! I'm sorry I missed the
    final pics until now.

Is it just the paisley build now, or do you have other stuff
    going on?

I've got to also say that you are a great credit to TDPRI, Herb.
You're builds are helpful and interesting, you're super-positive,
and you are really supportive of other people's work.

And you have a sense of humor!

Thanks very much Glenn , I really like that P90 , it gives a whole new sound to a T style , a good sound .
All I have going now is the paisley , and that's got claimed by my daughter , so I am going to use the other cloth swatch I have for one for me down the road

I also have an urge for a La Cabronita / Thinline cross , thanks to Motor's recently completed gorgous build , mahogany body/ figured maple cap , Rutters chopped bridge , TVJONES classic plus bridge pup , hipshot classic tuners , Rutters fat neck plate , Rutters cup ,Allparts heavy knurled knobs , CTS 500 K pots , so maybe I'll start on the bodies soon . This will most likely be next on the to build list .

I am thrilled that some tdpri'ers like the threads , I am just trying to give back what I get here , just following the tradition , and It's also a lot of fun. Funny thing , out of the 5 guitars I've built so far , I only have 1 for myself from them
    Thanks again Glenn.

Unplugged this guitar really rings out , that's the biggest thing I noticed and I attribute that to the f-holes , plugged in , I am not sure my ears are good enough to detect any differences but I will say it is very lively sounding .

Tanks. I'm learning from these threads. I might steele from your finishing ideas. Love that amber stain.
