Correct. Look up London Power and read all about it. The kits are $114 shipped, which you have to assemble and install. I can easily do the assembly but I may have a tech do the install depending up on how much is involved.

That sounds very VERY interesting. I'd love to hear it once it's in.

But yeah I'm up for jamming any time man!

    Hey Frode!

I'm filling in for my friend's band a couple times coming up. June 18 at the Crocodile and some time in July at the High Dive.

Here's a link to their soundcloud:

Hehe....that was just for starters. Haven't had time to complete it yet. All the equipment wants to come home with me and I can't make it stop.....luckily my bank can.

Looking at starting another Tele, this one stained and Tung oil finished with a Bigsby. Also tossing around the idea of building a Deluxe Reverb. I have the DRRI and it is the PCB version. I'm thinking of building a Point to Point version, putting that into the combo and putting the PCB and chassis version on the shelf to use as a backup in case I ever have a problem with the PtP one. Then I can just swap them out quick and the show will go on.

Sounds fun! I've never built anything other than parts casters.

Yeah, that's basically what I'm building precut unfinished body that I will finish. I don't have the woodworking tools to do everything from scratch but I'm going to try to do as much as I can. I'll likely get the body and a neck at USA Custom Guitars.

    I don't have a sprayer, so I just resort to Pre-finished bodies :/

I'm not going to use a sprayer on the next one. I'm going to stain it by hand and then tung oil it by hand and that will be the finish.

If you guys get bored Friday night, come down to Slim's Last Chance in Georgetown and hang out. The Seahawks are playing, I'll be gigging and the beers will be flowing. ;)
