image.jpg ive posted pictures of this before, but after spending the last few months in telecaster land I thought I’d break out the Mandocaster. It’s been a fun morning.

Coming from Old Time and Celtic music, I like double strings on my mandolins. But other people seem to make fine music on the four string variety, so what do I know?

And it's always good to reconnect with old friends!

The Celtic stuff has always been nagging at me, like it's in the blood or something.

Here's a double course version, mandola 18" or so scale. A little more room for my buffalo stumble fingers. Mini-humbucker so sweet, it'll make your tooth ache.

    Fun stuff!
