    Awesome job, Terry!

I'm surprised no has done this before now. No more magnifying glass.... & "what's that dimension?"

I wouldn't have known where to start.

There will be alot of appreciative people around here.

    Thanks, TD

Terry, in the fine tradition of wonderful CAD draftsmen, Ed's handle is ehawley. :)

Maybe we should ask Paul to host this file and post it in the reference section.

Dang. I guess it's back to the drawing board!!! Are those French curves or what?

Thanks all and to Eryque, thanks for Ed's nick. It was his profile that made this possible.

They might be French-Canadian, I'm not sure.

Thanks Terry! I had the drawing that Jwells uploaded for reference, but this is much easier to read. I was too lazy to Autocad Jack's drawing.

Shucks, I wish I was a 1/10 the craftsman you are!!!!

That may have been drinking a little.

Thanks. I wish I knew what was in those text boxes in the darkened corners of the drawing in the Tele bible.

I admit I got inspired once I got the profile provided to me. Then I was on a roll. All that hatch area in the sections does take a lot of time, creating the boundaries just right. I had to experiment with a lot of the dimensioning so it would all fit. I hope you get something out of it.

    Hey guys,
Thanks for the mention! We owe all the compliments to Leo and his creation! Great job Terry. I have another build of a P90 going on at the moment. My business partner is working on this one. When it's finished I'll post pics here. Eric, I,ll send you the dxf for this one and you can forward to Terry. Have fun and keep building
    Cheers

    Thanks ED and tdowns!

A few of us would love to get the .dxf version. Since I know eryque I can twist his arm to get it ~ You might consider posting the .dxf file also for us CAD literate folks.

Great drawing, thanks for sharing it!

Is there an option in CAD to make a metric version?

While taking a look at the drawing again, I remembered that I never print the whole sheet but only the body part that I stick on some mdf to cut the template.

So that's why I was saying that I was able to print it on 4 normal letter or A4 sheets of paper. The whole drawing is 22"x34" and can't be printed on 4 sheets of paper.

I wanted to correct that detail from my precedent post...

Yessir, just scale it using a reference...if it's drawn full scale (1:1) in imperial units, use a reference of 1" to 25.4mm and you'll have yourself a full scale metric drawing. Mind you, you'll need to tweak the dimension style to reflect all measurements in metric. If you have the file and need someone to help, I'd be happy to convert it for ya and post it back up here for those who would like it in metric. It would only take but a few minutes to convert, seriously...

Did I miss something or did someone actually post a CAD file of this puppy?

Anyway, nice work Terry, et al... :) This forum kicks major booty!

Terrific job Terry, thanks! I used my plotter at work to print out a copy. Very nice! It just might end up on the wall of my music room.
