    Love that picture. CW and KR always seemed, to me, to be in love with music in a way the other three weren't. In that picture it looks like they both know it.

    It's the Warehouse. It was open from 1970 to 1982. A lot of great shows there. It's where the Dead played and got busted at the hotel afterward, mentioned in "Truckin'". Jim Morrison's last show was there. The Allman Bros played there all the time. They were more or less the house band. Foghat loved the place. Lots of great rock memories there.

    I wasn't there, but by all reports it was terrible. The band was good but Morrison was way too drunk. He passed out on stage and the band left. He woke up and started rambling into the mic and the band came back out. Crazy times...
