After a little elbow grease and some polish not a bad shine.

It's not perfect. If you get right up on it you can see slight streaks from the finish from the application process. I'm nervous to go after them too aggressively at this time. So I'm going to call it character for now. Can't see them at any appreciable distance and only inder certain light anyways.

Last few parts arrive this week so time to assemble some stuff!

Most people will be too busy asking you about the burn process and gawking at its unique magnificence to notice the minor imperfections.

Can't wait to see the final guitar!

I just found this thread and read through it entirely. That is one stunningly beautiful guitar! Congrats on the fruits of your patience. Really looking forward to seeing it all together.

Looking great. I'm thinking about a spruce body over a pine one for my build. I like the grain. Just wish Clearfork would actually get in contact with me. I've given up.

I messaged them as well with no contact.

Body has been solid and everything lined up correctly so no complaints. But yeah no contact.

She lives! I just got to play her for the first time. I'm actually flabbergasted at how good this thing sounds. I was hoping this would at least be a service able backup for my main tele. But it just sings. These pickups sound fantastic. Especially the front pickup bolted straight to the wood.

I'll be posting a full photoshoot and notes (hint a bit over the original budget) this weekend. For now I'm just going to play and enjoy.

    Nice looking piece there!

Burned the body, and it sounds great. Does that mean the cryogenic process is a farce? :D
