I've recently gathered this bunch of Boss pedals - the Compressor and the Blues Driver are brand new, the others are second-hand:

As strange as it may sound, I've never been a consequent Boss pedals user, though I've owned one or two of them along the years. But now I have this complete pack, so I thought it was just fair to have a proper case for lodging them together.

I like to do woodworking, thougth I'm not very proficient; and I've already built a couple of simple wood cases - one for a keyboard and another for cymbal stands and hi-hat. So, I started here, by gluing the first pieces of wood:

Let's see how the work progresses in the next days.

Fun project. I have a few Boss pedals on my board, really like the BF2 flanger. I have a NF1 noise gate, (not on my board anymore), as it only seems to make things noisier. The technology has come along a bit since then. The phaser is a lot of fun too.

Today, I glued the two halves together. It starts to look like a case, isn't it? :D

Yes! I actually was looking for a vintage Boss Phaser like yours, but I couldn't find any around here. So, I went for the second best - the good old lovely Flanger :D

Thank you very much for your reply. Best regards.

My 30 Boss pedals came with a case. Or, I could say, I bought a case with 30 Boss pedals.

The flanger sounds more purple for sure!

The BF-2 is a great flanger and chorus pedal. Use this setting if you want a good chorus.

That's a great-looking case, to be sure! :D How can I compete with this?

"I've made a wood box / and I want it painted black" (you know the tune, don't you?):D

This is the part of the job which I actually hate the most. What a mess!

But it had to be done, so, it was done.

Here's a preview of how things will look - if everything goes as it's expected.

And here is the box, now closed. Glued. Nailed. Sealed.

Now, I have the box splitted in two parts.

I know, I know: it doesn't look that great, yet. Please give me a few days more.

    Dracula's coffin?

Well, no, not really... although it has kind of a sinister look, doesn't it?:D

Work is in progress. And yes: that's my kitchen, by the way.

Actually, it's made out of light MDF wood. Of course, it will be a little heavier with the pedals inside :)

Thanks for your reply, best regards.

Almost there. The case is complete, with the power supply attached to it.

Now, let's see what happens with those pedals.

And finally, here it is. Complete, with all the boys in their place and ready to go.

Everything is checked, everything is working just fine.

And this gonna be - most likely - my gigging' rig for 2019:

To all of you that were so kind on following this thread, many, many thanks. I really appreciate it.

Man, I’m jealous. That looks amazing. I bet it will hold up nicely to and from gigs also.
