I didn't watch, but this piece makes me think I didn't miss anything.
Can't even remember last time I watched willingly
This Is America won what it should have, High On Fire won metal performance which is both great and completely out of left field for the grammys ... the rest was a **** show
I can’t disagree more. I thought it was a great night.
There were two songs I walked out of the room on- to change some laundry around. Other than that I really enjoyed the night.
Alecia Keyes did an excellent job. The two piano thing was great.
I saw >2 minutes of it. Lady Gaga won something, then some creepy person with a Duosonic and several creepy dancers came out.
I did actually watch it and I enjoyed it. Even the hot lesbo thing was kind of interesting guitar wise....
They say that we all 'pick our own weather' and I think Mark Twain had a thought or two about it... take a look (since you like reading)
1. You didn't watch the show.
2. Some reviews were positive, some negative.
I didn't watch either, but it sounds like Drake had the mic drop of the night.
“You’ve already won if you have people singing your songs word for word, if you’re a hero in your hometown. Look, if there’s people who have regular jobs who are coming out in the rain, in the snow, spending their hard earned money to buy tickets to come to your show, you don’t need this right here. I promise you. You already won,”
I don't think the author enjoyed the show.
Haven't watched it in decades.
It's just another self-congratulatory (there are less polite ways to say this) panoply of excessive glitz and insincerity.
All show, no go.
yes... it was a good moment to be sure! overall, alicia keyes just had the right command of the night.... reverential and friendly and kind and the show reflected it....
I think I did see one guy in what could best be described as a panoply... it made us laugh...
I did actually watch the show and did not draw those conclusions... but, you did USED to watch it and you have read opinions on the internet about it... so, I guess we'll just have to hold our mutually valuable opinions... you know, one person who watched vs. someone who did not... all equal!
I don't waste my time on garbage like award shows, ESPECIALLY Country Music Awards. A bunch of self-serving douchebags pushing their poor excuse for talent. No thanks.
This was my favorite thing that had anything to do with the grammys
Can't remember what I was doing that night, but I guess it was more worthwhile than warching that hot mess.

Never interested me...even when I was younger...all this patting on the back with a toothy smile is just two faced stuff..
I can't remember the last time I watched. Much like the film and actors award ceremonies they bore me. The TV stopped being used for entertainment purposes over a decade ago. I avoid turning it on now.
Amen to that. I used to watch award shows when there was real talent that deserved an award or recognition.
Someone said Jorgenson was a hired gun on one of the acts. Missed it.
