@NWinther : though "the disguise" of a nice clean country tone, one can hear very clearly who is playing there! Nice track, Niels, and lovely fat tone.

Haha thanks :) Love your take...lovely slapback echo and dual guitars, the clean and slightly dirty work well together! Like the themes wandering around....

@udoering The slap back reverb is very pronouce but it sounds very good . Very fine mix of guitar tracks and your country playing is aways exceptional . lovely track

@NWinther Niels, you know you can't hide behind a clean tone, those fingers give it a away:D. Lovely vibratos and a warm clean tone to add . A very nice country take.

I had a hard time with the long measures between changes.

    - Dueling guitars! Keeping everything moving along.

    - Smooth. just the right hint of whammy.

    - You jumped right on it. Very nice.

Here's mine. Country's an opportunity to let you witness my poor b-bender skills. But it's fun. As it's a new toy, I may use it too much :)
No Bias FX, this week is real tubes.

@udoering Nice playing, I feel it's the kind of music you like playing

@NWinther Sounds like you. It's unusual to hear you play with this nice clean tone.

@Mellencaster lovely country lines. solid playing.

@Mjark nice very clean tone, sweet playing. You're right in your comment, it's hard to get a feel for the changes, I had to write the chords on a sheet of paper, which I'm not used to do.

Here's mine. I decided to go for the challenge of doing this one in slide since I'm trying to move beyond the standard slide blues idioms. Trying not to fall into the old muscle memory and note selection was tricky. Guitar was my modded SX STL-50, tuned to open G. Amp was Hotone Mojo Diamond. Effects were EHX Tone Corset, Rowin Tremulator and Mosky Spring Reverb.

    - Ha! You need to work on your "southern drawl"

    - open G was a good idea for this track.

Strat on rhythm, Tele on slide. Quick take before a Xmas party. This one's fun enough, I may go back and clean things up a bit later. Maybe.

@Mjark A very nice laid back tale ,the arrangement of your melody was nicely thought out.

@JCL50 Your twang and the b bender has that lovely lap steel sound , did you use the b bender too much ? I don't think so and if was me ,I'd be bending that sucker all the time ,:D! Very cool JC!

@bgmacaw The slide was awesome on this , it speaks a sad tale .Very nice!

@blowtorch Ha! The lyrics are country fine and nicely done!

@knh555 Your two guitar dosey doe , slide and lead support each other nicely Kevin.
