So much hate. I cannot imagine the fear that must be growing in that area.

    Wrong, just wrong.

At least people will be wary and maybe no one else will be hurt.

When they catch the person, and they will. FRY HIM!!

Swift justice often results in errors

One time I heard someone tell a judge 'I would prefer the judgment to be right rather than quick'

I spend a lot of time in court and see a lot of mistakes

There is error in taking your time too.

When i say catch, i mean 100% sure, 0% shadow of doubt caught the person or persons responsible.

Humans err though. It is in their nature. Overall, it depends more on what you or i would define as swift justice. In this very instance, take it however you chose to.

A lot of English terrorism was met with urgent calls for justice: loads of people eventually got let out of jail as innocent

Absent a guilty plea, how do you really know? Anyone who spends a lot of time in the justice system knows very big errors get made

No one would want a swiftly made guitar. Same with swift courts

Please don't confuse me with being soft: if I caught them in the act I would happily be executioner

I don't take you for soft. Maybe slightly presumptuous, but not soft.

I dont nessessarily mean a bullet, a chopping block or a noose, though i am not really opposed, I just dont want it to turn into some extended drug out thing if it doesn't have to be. The more spotlight this/these person(s) get, the more copy cat crimes will occur. I would rather they talk about the events as little as possible and handle it however they have to in the swiftest means possible so there is no martyrdom.

I studied and worked in law my whole career so these things seem obvious to me. I don't mean to patronise

I suspect the person doing this has no political agenda and is just a nut - not that this makes a difference

I agree. I think it is just a nut case. But i am sure it will be turned into something political eventually. I just hope it doesnt become a trend.
