I was gonna get the guitar fetish wilkinson kluson type keys, but they were sold out. I decided to bite on the EZ locks, if I decide I dont like them I can always throw em on my strat. Anyone else use these? The bean heads will give me the vibe I'm going for, and possibly better tuning stability and easier stringing. Does the stagger and stringing method they metion reall eliminate the need for a tree on teles?

I have them, but an older version that wasn't staggered; I use them on one of my Bigsby-Teles, and they hold the tuning very well, but they are a bit difficult to string up, esp. with fat bass strings (I use 10-52 sets...)
Not bad, but I like the Kluson locking types (where you screw down the top) even better!

I saw a youtube vid example and he strung the low e and brought it to pitchin say 15 seconds. It looked fairly simple one you get it down.

I've used one set. They were okay. I guess I'm on the fence with this one.

Don't like them on my Reverend Guitar.
I string them up as if they were a regular shaft.
    Sperzel...I really like those!

I have them and hate them. Find it difficult to thread the string through both holes and then the strings get a lot of slippage around the post I find. Also they always break my high E string because they have pretty sharp edges where the string bends out of the hole.

    I am swapping for Sperzels.
