From Darren fb post; (The amp head is made from a dual 4-barrel aftermarket air cleaner)

"Hi folks, I posted this on the Tube Guitar Amp Builders group, so apologies if you see it twice. I finally finished up my latest guitar amp. I decided on a 2x10 pine unit from Rawcabs, and I used Brazillain Rosewood gel stain, then lots of coats of poly. I added a few chrome bits and Croc-skin vinyl, some cool handles and matching casters. The speaker grilles are actually motorcycle headlight grilles. I still might add some chrome trim to the sides for good measure... The speakers are the WGS 10" white ones (LOL, ET 10). The amp head is made from a dual 4-barrel aftermarket air cleaner, as I posted earlier to this group."

Amp is based on bf preamp & vox output section (not far from a Maz 38) with reverb! I find it stunning in concept & execution.

Cool! I'm not one to copy, but this definitely has me thinking that for one of my next builds I might have to think outside the box!

I would rock that. It might be slightly over the top, but I would rock that.

I really like the idea of the air cleaner for the head. Something like that would not have occurred to me. But, I love repurposing things like that. Although, if I were to do something like that I would probably start with an old beat up one. That would be a little more style.

I like the boat cleats used for the cab handles. Not really practical but I am attracted to shiny objects.
