what do you do with them? Do they pile up under the bed, behind the couch, out in the outhouse, in the garage?
Or do you give 'em away, sell 'em...or just take them all to be recycled?

I love reading them, but they soon take up huge amounts of space if you keep them all!

I must ck fess that I stash then in a cupboard, but usually end up binning a load every year or so, just keeping ones with something of special interest to me.

Mine stack up untill my buddy Gary comes over and I give them to him. I had about15 years of them saved up at one time but the chest of drawers they were in fell apart and I tossed them. Since then I never save them.

I read mine on a tablet, so I just delete them unless there's something I want to save.

Still holding on to mine. I like the tips and the tabs and I'm not quite at the point where I'm cutting them out of the magazines and mounting them in a 3 ring binder :)

I still have my GPs from the first 10 years. I hadn't read them in decades until recently. Talk about a time machine. It is interesting the different way that people thought back then. Tone, in particular, was something only mentioned as a knob.

I haven't bought any in years, but I got a ton going back to 1973. Most of them are Guitar Player and I'm always digging one out and reading it.

I used to save them, but finally took them to half price books.
If they have a cover with a particularly nice Tele, or one of my few heroes, or an article that I have an ongoing interest in, I'll save them for awhile.

Save in bookshelvess in music room.

Alot of the issues, esp the older ones when MUSIC JOURNALISM was a real entity, have been a great resource!!!

    I have hundreds of em'.
I keep Vintage Guitar, Guitar Player, and Fretboard Journal.
I just culled a bunch of others, Guitar World, Premier Guitar, etc.
I got my first GP in Oct 73!
Still my favorite, with VG a close second.
The Journal is more like a great (story) book, IMO.

I give em to friends and to the kid I give lessons to. They just start to take up too much space.

I let 'em pile up until there are 20 or so, then I check them to make sure I've read them all, and then they go into the recycling bin. Every now and then I'll find an old one in a box of stuff that's been lying around for years, and I always wonder, "why did I save that?"

Some I've kept, some I've cut-up for collages I've created. Most went pretty quickly at a garage sale we had years. I have to admit it's been years since I bought a guitar mag.

I have about 10-12 years of them in bookshelf boxes, and the overflow are in a Rubbermaid container. I need to get rid of them. Maybe I'll start pouring over them and pitching (donating) them. Maybe find a kid who's learning, and let it become his problem.

There's always at least one guitar player employed at our local little grocery store. I give them to one of them, except for the few I keep and never seem to go back to.
