Whoa there SL, you have absolutely NO idea if any of them did join and did vote or had any impact on the outcome. And one more thing... you read MCT's wife's Blog page?????

What's no fun is grumpping on someone that's happened to beat your build with a very worthy and great build by another deserving member.

Congartulations to all winners. And thank you all participants for sharing your progress and problems. I've learned a lot from all of you during this contest. Next time I hope to find the time to participate.

You gonna make us dredge through the forum to find the winners' final products? How 'bout posting them within this thread too? Just an idea.

You don't have to dredge. They're in the stickies at the top of the page ;)

    Congrats to all the participants.

Gonna admit, I didn't vote. Honestly, I had a look and everything looked freaking awesome. No way I could decide or pick one as "the best".

    Cheers,
    Geoff

I am pretty sure I remember the rules or notes saying that no "new members' would be able to vote. That would have eliminated any voter recruiting regardless if someone tried or not.

For my money, I would buy the Scatter Lee guitar.
But I voted for the MC Gilmore because of the painstaking detail he achieved in recreating an iconic relic.

as someone who was in the VRI class, MCT and Scatterlee were a tie IMHO. I think these 2 are the best relics I have ever seen and heard.... and if I had the cake, dough, moola to buy either, hell both of them, I would.

This is the type of artistry I hope to one day attain. Thanks for the lessons guys!

I remember this, but can't remember how 'old' a member had to be to vote. Can anyone else remember?

I would like to add my congratulations to the winners and all the participants. A special “well done” to our two teen builders. At 15 and 16 you guys are amazing.
