I am late to the party. Working forward through the other thread.
I'm still selling on this one, not buying. Not saying it doesn't have old parts, but I am not convinced that it's a prototype. I've seen two other 1949/1950's prototypes in the flesh, and I'm selling on this one being a "prototype."
I've already stated my opinion about this Tele, but would somebody please tell me how this thread is an "update"? I see new pictures, but how are these an update about the discussion around its authenticity as a "prototype"?
