Mick Meinsler from Hbg PA here. Saw your post in the weber blue/red fang thread, then saw this pic. Very cool! I just got an 8W Champster chassis and put it in a deep 1x12 tweed cab with a Celestion Gold. Also have another gold in a tweed cab for a stack too! Been my favorite amp since I got it.

What are the specs on your D-lux? Now I'm gassin' for one of those.

Sorry it took a while to respond to your post. I don't always check these gallery responses like I should.

I no longer have either Li'L Dawg, sadly. I'm forced to cut way back on my gear in favor of cash. Hopefully that will change. Both the Champster and the D-Luxe are outstanding tweed amps.

My D-Luxe was the 25 watt flavor. When I sold it, it had a Weber 12A125 in it that sounded pretty awesome and close to vintage.

If you're thinking of getting a 5E3, I can't reccomend Jim/Li'L Dawg highly enough. He makes a tremendous amp, does a great job, provides good service, and is very reasonable to boot.
