1980 ish Overwater Telecaster

Poster: SonnyWalkman (see this users gallery) A rare bird I suspect. Overwater concentrate on basses these days but in the late 1970's made some guitars in association with Andy's guitars. I bought it in 1982: rosewood board, double bound, Seymour Duncan pups, ESP neckplate, Schaller tuners, the bridge is not marked. It weighs 8 lb. Any one else own or seen one?
