One of my favorite builds. It's a Warmoth body & neck, in Alpine White, with a Kingwood fretboard. It is a mahogany, hardtail body, with a Stetsbar bridge. I wanted the guitar for uses from Jazz to metal, and basically capture the things I liked about Gibson guitars in, what I consider, a more appealing body shape. The pickups are Vintage Vibe. The neck is a Charlie Christian-style blade single-coil, with a big 'woody' tone, and the bridge is a hot blade style humbucker, with a lopsided wind, that retains a lot of single-coil tone characteristics, but really belts it out. The tone pot has a push/pull to activate a Bill Lawrence Q-filter, which makes it sound a lot more 'stratty'.
