The fire watch tower being the symbol of my hometown had to fill the empty spaces on the belly of my first tele.. the guitar just begged to me to paint this on her. It's still a mystery to me, how I finally got it ready, as i have never done such a crazy work (hardly any woodworking, no painting, finishing, soldering.. (OMG!!)) before, but eversince it came into my mind i was obsessed just to have it ready, and still can't believe it is.
The beer is also famous for the city, and got -as well- the tower on its label..hmm...have a beer and then let's go slidin' :)
