Good guitar, good pickups, great neck feel. Ive never reviewed a guitar before but this is a solid instrument. Id recommend you get the latest model so it'll be as good as mine!

I bought my Am Series in Natural Ash with a maple neck in late 07. My first Telecaster. I love the feel of the neck and the sound of the neck pick up. It's a good quality guitar and my local guitar shop even gave me a deal on it. I added a Blues Deluxe Re-Issue amp this year and the two go together really well. I like the white PG too.

Mine is a three tone sunburst. I've only had it about a month. However, I knew I had made a great decision after the first ten minutes plugged into my Twin. I had alsways assumed that if you had a Strat you didn't need a Tele. Not so grasshopper. This guitar is a totally different world and I'm loving it. The build quality and sound are a given. But, if you play country, Rock, Blues, and even Jazz and for some reason like myself you havn't tried a Tele all I can say is you are missing something special.

Pick-up hum

It's a real good guitar. Straight neck, nice and smooth finish, mine's got a rosewood fretboard which make the sound a little darker (if that makes nay sense). Only problem is the hum from the pickups since I'm playing in a home studio, full of electronics and stuff. Changed the pick ups to noiseless, problem solved.

I got the natural ash, and I gotta say it sounds more vintage than the so-called "vintage models". It's everything a Tele should be, I highly recommend it.

Natural Ash American Series - about as perfect a guitar as I have owned in 47 years of playing. It's the first guitar I have NOT wanted or needed to modify. I put on Dunlop Strap locks but I don't consider these a mod - I have them on everything guitar! Anyhow the tone is from Telecaster heaven - I've had a LOT of guitars and a bunch of Teles all modded but this one has that piano sound in the bass strings and the clearest ringing treble I've heard yet. I do love it - can ya tell?
