Purchased new from Guitar Center. Standard Telecaster head and body. Great finish and color. Has standard tele neck pick-up, strat single mid pick-up, and humbucker bridge pick-up. 5 way selector switch with togle to turn humbucker into single, standard volume and tone knobs. Very well set-up out of box, great versatile sound. Craftsmanship is wonderful.

Pros:

Beautiful guitar (in honeyburst), sounds and plays awesome.
|
|
Cons:
|
When the humbucker is split with the toggle, the sound is too thin and does not get twangy enough.

I loved this guitar as soon as I picked it up. I get a lot of compliments on the look, as well as the sound. I ordered a pearl pick guard to replace the black one. My next goal is to replace the humbucker with a Seymour Duncan, because I am not completely happy with this pick up. I need a good twangy tele sound when playing country. Other than that, the other pick ups are awesome and sound great for blues and rock. This guitar is a great value!

I just bought this over the weekend and it was totally not what I was planning on buying, but after playing it and seeing how amazing that it was put together, I had to have it. I don't care where it was made, this is one helluva of a value and offers tons of versatility.

Great Tele!! Well set up easy to play, cheap, where its made is not a problem its what you do with it that counts!!!!
I have gigged this guitar 80+ times and from my laid back blues band I could now wish for anything better!!!
