Pros: Rich, complex, versatile
Cons: none

Talked to Curtis on the phone, sent him a couple You tube vids of tone that I liked and he said he thought he knew what I was going for. (Curtis is a super nice, laid back, quiet kind of guy) Got the pick-up after a couple weeks and tested it at 5.7K..... so I Thought "I hope this thing isn't thin sounding" Put it in a 62 MIJ RI Tele and it's obvious I know little about pup winding.... First note grabbed me (really) and tone of this pup absolutely blew me away. Rich, harmonic, complex and musically versatile. Just an outstanding pickup that I rarely want to come off of. Makes the stock Fender neck pup seem like a barking dog wrapped in a sleeping bag. I'm having Curtis wind me a neck as well ..........This is a great pick-up.
