No case, wait time

I have owned this guitar for a couple of months now. I waited awhile to post a review so I could put it through the paces.
I ordered the guitar direct through Reverend based on the feature set, the look, and other reviews I had read. I got the Les Trem option, which added $100 to the price. These guitars do not come with a case, and you have to pay extra for either a gig bag or case. I went with the gig bag, and it's top quality. I can see the hard case being extra for a guitar in this price range, but it would be nice if the gig bag was included in the price.
The only bad expereince with ordering direct is they are really backed up on orders. It took about 6 weeks to be shipped. The wait is even longer now I belive. They give you plenty of warning of this though. Reverend are great to deal with, and the guitar came set up exactly as I specified on the phone.
Every aspect of the guitar is fantastic. The pickups sound great, and I see no reason to upgade any electronics. The bass contour control is great. The neck is a nice chunky C neck. Basically I sum it up by saying can give every feature on the list above top marks.
The guitar is incredibly versatile, and I actually find it's really the only guitar I play lately. With the bass contour control you can dial in everything from single coil sounds for twang, to beefy P-90 tones. The guitar is really like the best parts of a Gibson and a Fender combined.
I would definitely recommend the guitar to pretty much anyone for pretty much any style of music.
