One of the few problems of the 2 mention Peavey amps is tube rattling. If you can put your finger on the rattling tube and it quits rattling, then the Tube Tamer will work. It applies moderate pressure just like your finger did. I have been using the Tube Tamer on my Delta Blues for over 3 years and I haven't had a tube to rattle yet. The only tool needed to install the Tube Tamer is a phillips screwdriver. It will take about 2 or 3 minutes to install. You do not have to make any modifications to your amp. The Tube Tamer mounts using existing screws and the Tube Tamer will not damage tubes as they set in a rubber grommet. NOTICE: This will only cure tube rattle and not other sounds your amp might make.
